20x20" Acrylic on Gallery Canvas - title and signature on back
This painting was inspired by the guardians that are commonly placed at the front of a house in many cultures to protect those inside from negative energy and bring good fortune. Mixed with some of my English heritage, I also adapted some decorative design and influence from Staffordshire dogs. Finding my forever love was the most important part of my life, and now to be guardians to our child has strengthened us even more. These dogs are a symbol of our protection of family.
