This painting was a meditation on nature. I have spent so much time in my life outside and feel drawn to daily walks outside even on my busiest days. The therapy of grounding has been proven to help people calm their nervous systems through ionization. The sound of moving water, the wind moving through the trees, and being barefoot on the soil are all restorative senses for our minds & spirits. This is a reminder of the richness that nature provides to all forms of life.
